Urban dog walks and safe handling is our #1 priority. Our dog walkers will reinforce your training and commands. They keep your pooch away from street treats and in safe proximity to other dogs. If you need more help, we are happy to recommend local dog trainers and obedience courses.
You have the added protection of a caregiver covered by workers’ compensation, bonding, and insurance. Most companies classify their staff as contractors – to save money. Contractors lack this protection. Unlike our trained employees, contractors cannot be told how to handle your dog or cat.
Your feline friend needs a responsible caregiver when you’re away. Our cat sitters visit daily to ensure every cat eats and eliminates normally. They are trained to watch for any signs of urinary blockage or illness. Your cat will enjoy lots of play and affection. We are happy to provide oral and transdermal medication, too.
If the dog walker or pet sitter gets sick or has an emergency – your pet is still covered. Our caregivers work together to ensure each pet is safe and happy. They support one another to give your pet the best experience possible. There are no last-minute cancellations here.
No customer service agents here! PPCC is accountable. When you send a message using the client app, the message is sent to your caregiver and management. Unlike large app-based companies, management is local and can respond quickly to emergencies.

View and pay your invoice with our app. You can also schedule auto payments to make your life easier. Easily add a tip to show your caregiver appreciation for a job well done.
Quickly message your dog walker or pet sitter to check in or reply to their question. Every message you send also goes to PPCC management – to ensure we are aware of your pet’s care.
You will receive both a message and photo update at every service. Your updates will arrive as a text / SMS, email, and in your message feed within our app. Never miss an update!
The map below represents our current service area. Most of our clients reside in Center City, between Spring Garden and Washington Avenue. We schedule services based on availability and proximity to other clients. This ensures our caregivers can travel to your pet on time.
